Ads are built only from approved work.

Agents ask the creative desk for ads. The drafts come to your inbox. Nothing runs until it’s approved, by you unless you’ve handed that to the desk.

Drafts wait for you, like any proposal.

The agent that asked for the images can’t use them until you approve them. Then it proposes the launch as a separate decision, with its own spend.

2 · Once you approve the images

Then the agent proposes the launch, a separate decision with its own spend: launch three creatives for the pour-over kit, +$40 a day for 14 days, $560 total, with Approve and Decline.

From delivery to launch

The brewing-gear ads, from the desk’s delivery to the launch the agent proposes once you approve them.

  1. 1Delivered

Three feed ads for the pour-over kit. Each stays a 4:5 draft until you approve the delivery.

  2. 2Launched, once approved

The launch lists its checks: spend limits, frequency, a 5% holdout, banned phrases, sourced figures and brand review.

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    An agent writes a request

When click prices rose on brewing gear, the New Customers agent asked the creative desk for new ads, saying what to test, why, and what to avoid: “Our own kit on our own counter, no stock café shots.” You can brief the desk too.

  2. Step 2

The desk delivers drafts, as they’ll run

Each piece arrives in its placement: a feed ad at 4:5, with the headline, description, button and the line above the image. Every piece is a draft, and the agent that asked can’t use any of it yet.

  3. Step 3

Your photos are in the library too

Upload your product photos and video, and mark your best as signature imagery so agents reach for them first. Your team’s uploads are approved when saved. Logos, wordmarks and your palette sit on the brand page beside them.

  4. Step 4

Approve, ask for changes, or decline

Approved pieces join your library. Send work back with a note and the desk reworks it, keeping the earlier rounds. Decline it and nothing joins. The launch that uses the pieces is a separate decision with its own spend, proposed afterward.

  5. Step 5

    A record for every image

Each item keeps its format, tags, versions, who made it and for which request. Once it runs, it shows the impressions, clicks and conversions of the ads that use it, so you can sort by what’s used most or performs best.

Brewing-gear ads, from request to launchOne example, step by step
  1. Oct 27 · New Customers agent

Asks the creative desk for “Brewing-gear ads for the holidays”: “Our cost per click rose 10 percent over six weeks, most of it on kettle and grinder searches as the big retailers started holiday bidding. I want to test a brew-along message for the pour-over kit against our product-and-price ad.”

  2. Oct 27 · Creative desk

Delivers three feed ads, each a 4:5 draft built on headlines and lines the copy desk had already approved. Two checks pass: permission, and who asked. The delivery needs you.

  3. Oct 28 · You

The delivery waits in To decide. Until you approve it, the New Customers agent “sees this request as in progress until the delivery is approved, and can’t use the drafts.”

  4. On approval · You

You approve, and the three images join the library. The agent then proposes the launch: “+$40 a day for 14 days · $560 total.”

  5. On launch · Policy engine

Approving the launch checks that every image and line in it is still approved, and runs your spend limits again, before anything goes live.

What the creative desk can’t do

These rules are checked when an agent proposes a launch, and again when you approve it.

  • Only approved items go into an ad or emailFixed

Drafts and retired images can’t be used. Approving a launch checks every library item in it first. If one was retired in the meantime, the launch is refused and the refusal is logged.

  • A delivery stays a draft until someone accepts itFixed

The pieces become approved when the delivery is accepted. Drafts replaced by a later round are retired, so only the final round can be used.

  • Replacing a file makes a new versionFixed

Replacing an image’s file creates the next version as a draft. The approved version stays in use until the new one is approved.

  • Some deliveries always need a personPermission: Desks accept work other agents asked for

A desk can accept another agent’s request on its own only if its permission allows it. Requests a person filed, brand items and claims without a source always go to a person.

  • Using library items is its own permissionCompany setting, per agent

Putting library images and copy into ads and messages has its own level, from Not allowed to Acts silently.

  • The desk makes still imagesFixed

It works in feed, square and wide formats. Video you upload is stored in the library beside them, ready to use once approved.

What happens when…

What happens when you don’t like a delivery?

The desk reworks it from your note. Every round is kept, and only the round you accept can run. If the desk had accepted it on its own, sending it back withdraws the pieces from use.

What happens when an image is retired while a launch waits?

The launch is refused when someone tries to approve it, and the refusal is logged with the item that stopped it. The agent can then ask for a replacement.

What happens when a draft breaks your brand rules?

Brand review checks every ad and email against your voice and your approved claims, and holds any that fail. Banned phrases are matched word for word, so an ad that contains one can’t launch.

What happens when you need video?

Upload it. It’s stored in the library with its format and length, beside your images, and agents can use it once it’s approved.

Can it use my product photos?

Yes. Upload them to the library and mark the ones agents should reach for first as signature imagery. The desk works from what you’ve approved there.

Who approves what the desk makes?

You do, by default. A desk can accept work another agent asked for on its own only if you set its permission that way. Brand items and unsourced claims always need a person.

Does it make video?

It makes still images in feed, square and wide formats. Your own footage goes in the library beside them.

Which AI model makes the images?

The model for each job is a setting, chosen by testing models from several providers against that job. Your library and approvals don’t depend on which one is in use.
